YOU SEND US YOUR STEMS FOR REVIEW

Each individual track with no effects, processing, or plugins.
An MP3 of your current rough mix (“as is”).
1–2 reference songs that are already released, showing the vibe and sound you want.
Make sure all audio files are not too loud or distorted.

WE SEND YOU A DEPOSIT REQUEST

If your tracks are ready for mixing and mastering, we’ll send you a deposit request so we can begin right away.

If your project needs additional cleanup or editing (such as timing or pitch corrections), we’ll let you know in advance and provide a quote for those services.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

ANALOG MIXING
& MASTERING

Within 72 hours of receiving your deposit, you’ll receive the first draft of your mix & master for review and feedback. We’ll then make any adjustments needed to ensure it meets your vision.

If cleanup or editing is required, please allow an additional 48 hours for the first draft to be delivered.

We include up to three rounds of revisions at no extra cost.

Once you’re happy with the final mix and master, we’ll email you the final payment request. After payment is received, you’ll receive a download link with:

Questions and Answers

Do I need to record with you to get mixing/mastering?

No. You're welcome to send in stems or a rough mix recorded anywhere — your home setup, another studio, a friend's session — and I'll take it from there. Many clients only use One Music Studios for mixing and mastering, not full production.

What file format do you need my stems in?

Individual WAV files (24-bit, same sample rate as your session) for each track — vocals, instruments, and any pre-mixed elements separated out. If you're not sure how to export stems from your DAW, send me what you have and I'll tell you if anything's missing before we start.

How long does mixing and mastering take?

Most single-song mixes are turned around in 3-5 business days after I receive your stems; mastering adds 1-2 more. Rush turnaround may be available — ask when you book.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included with every mix.

Will my song be ready for Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube?

Yes — every master is checked against the loudness and tonal standards those platforms expect, so your song translates whether it's played on earbuds, car speakers, or a club system.

What if I only need mastering, not mixing?

That's fine — send your final mix and I'll master it on its own. Mastering-only pricing is on the lower end of the $100 per master.

How much is my mix and master?

We start at $350 per song, as long there is not vocal pitch corrections, time corrections, and other edits that will need time to fix.
