Service Description
An ongoing artist development and music production membership designed to provide artists with professional music production, education, guidance, mentorship, and practical information related to developing as an independent artist. Get a song produced every 5 months.
Cancellation Policy
Membership & Sessions: Members may participate in weekly group sessions of approximately one hour. Sessions may be recorded for members who cannot attend live. Topics may include but are not limited to: songwriting, recording, production, performance, branding, social media, copyrights, royalties, distribution, marketing, music business, etc. Music Production: The introductory production rate is $1,500 per song. Production may include arrangement, instrument recording, vocal recording**, mixing, and mastering, depending on the project. Up to 4 in-house live instruments included (Drums, bass, guitar, piano/keys) Songs requiring additional musicians, extensive arrangements, or additional services may have additional charges. Any additional cost will be discussed before the work is performed. Intro rate locked in for 12 months for artists enrolled by Sept 30th, 2026. ** 2Hrs of Vocal recording in San Antonio TX is included. If more hours are needed, a discounted studio price would be offered at expense of member. Members outside of San Antonio's area, will need to locate a recording studio in their area at their own expense. Deposit & Payments: A deposit is required before program begins. The remaining balance is divided into scheduled monthly payments. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method authorized at enrollment. The deposit and monthly payments become non-refundable. Song Delivery: The artist may participate in the development and production process while making payments. However, the completed song/master will not be delivered until the applicable balance is paid in full. Missed Payments: If a payment is declined, missed, or reversed, One Music Studios may pause production, services, and/or delivery until the account is brought current. Outstanding balances remain due. Cancellation: Membership may be cancelled at any time. Work already paid for can be sent to artist for their files, but finished song(s) can only be delivered when it is paid in full. Ownership: Ownership and copyrights to songs belong to the artist. Program Results: One Music Studios provides production, education, guidance, and development support but does not guarantee record deals, radio, playlists, streams, followers, income, performances, industry opportunities, or career success. All program content and materials are confidential. Acknowledgment: By enrolling, the artist confirms that they understand and agree to these terms.
